At LANEIGE, we want you to love your glowing skin results; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your products within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging and in gently used or new condition to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the products in their original box, including any promotional gifts or samples that were part of the initial purchase.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
